This review is from: Teeter Power VI Inversion Table with Gravity Lock Ratchet (Sports) Ruptured 3 disks in my back about 8 months ago. I had foot and leg numbness and unbelievable radiating pain. I couldn't even get out of bed for the 1st week. I didn't want to get the surgery and opted instead to try a combination of accupuncture, physical therapy, and inversion using the Teeter Power VI. Combined with the accupunture and physical therapy the Teeter helped to relieve the pain and numbness. I still have some residual numbness and pain but 3-5 minutes twice a day on the Teeter makes me feel better. The Teeter Power VI is expensive and I probably could have used a cheaper model, but I was in a lot of pain and wanted to get the best and easiest to use that I could afford. This is a commercial unit and is built solidly. I plan to contune to use it even after my pain is gone as part of my exercise and stretching regimen to keep my back limber.
